How long does it take for my order to be made?

If an item is in stock, it will be shipped the same week. If you choose to purchase a "made to order" item, the expected availability date will be stated on the product page. Please note: custom orders are processed on a first-come-first-served-basis. I will strive to notify you as soon as possible when your order will be processed. Most asked questions

To which countries do you ship?

At the moment I ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. I strive to add more countries in 2025. Please contact me if you're interested in this option and I can see if I can work something out for you.

Why don't you use multiple types of parcel services?

For now I only work with PostNL. Mainly because the Postal service is within my building and accessible. I am disabled and do not have the capacity/energy to go to other parcel shops like DHL, DPD, GLS etc. because most of them are too far away and/or not accessible for disabled people.

How do I return items and how do I get a refund?
Please always contact info@pussolini.com before starting a return. If any items received are faulty or damaged, please let me know before returning.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You first contacted me at info@pussolini.com with your concerns

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • The goods are not used/damaged or altered

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made-to-order or to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Pussolini reserves the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions at my sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Pussolini. Or you can ask for a scheduled appointment for bringing your return to my address. If you are not able to deliver the items in Haarlem, you should send the goods to the following address:

Pussolini cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended to use an insured and trackable mail service. Pussolini is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods and proof of received return delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, but you can pick up your order for free in Haarlem. In the check-out choose the option Free pick up in Haarlem. After you have placed your order I will contact you for a convenient time to come pick up your order. You can always e-mail in advance for available pick up times before placing an order of course.

How sustainable is Pussolini?

I like to work with sustainable materials with the least impact on the planet. Therefore I work a lot with GOTS-certified, organic and Oekotex-certified fabrics. Mostly cotton. Other fabrics come from "deadstocks" (fabrics from shops that otherwise would go to landfill) or are recycled. For example, the sweaters I embroider are made from organic GOTS-certified cotton and made according to Fair Trade standards.

When I use wood, I always use FSC-certified wood and where possible recycled wood. Each product page has a detailed description with a list of which materials are used to make it.

I never use plastic for packaging orders and use mainly recycled carton boxes for shipping orders. Please consider to re-use the box from your order, maybe give it to a cat ᵕ̈
